Global Safety is looking for his sales manager!

The year is ending, a new one is coming with new projects which are taking shape. To complete this projects, we are hiring a sales manager M/F within the framework of ARDAN device.

Directly related to the management team, you will have to expand the new company’s activities to the professionals of the region. To be eligible to the ARDAN device, you are necessarily a job-seeker registred in PACA. Your main tasks will be:

• Developing the sales strategy
• Contributing to the development of the company
• Searching for prospects
• Organization of meetings with customers
• Maintaining the existing customer portfolio
• Establishing partnership relations

You have an excelent sense of interpersonal skills and proactive to complete the management team objective. You are naturally curious and good adaptability. Your independence and your experience will help you to carry out the tasks and actions identified so far:

• Writing a trade action plan
• Defining the commercial offer in coordination with the management team
• Maintaining relationships with occasional customers
• Creating a prospect database and segmentation
• E-mailing, phoning and canvassing
• Analyzing customer needs and proposing commercial proposal adapted
• Participating to business events (fairs, work lunch…)
• Reporting actions to the management team
• Following-up client account until the billing

Thanks to the ARDAN device, you will be able to pursue a diploma as small business manager.

Skills required :

• First substantial expérience as a salesman, ideallyacquired in the safety
• Fluent in English
• Driving licence
• Computer literacy (PC/Mac, Microsoft, Internet)

Type de contract et remuneration :

6 month pro intership, full-time.
Company car, computer, cell phone, work desk, communication media.
Remuneration in case of hiring: Fix salary + commission according to the profile

The ARDAN device:

ARDAN was created by the CNAM and financed by Regional Council in order to support job creation by activity creation in TPE/PME in PACA.

This system is only available for the job-seekers registrated in PACA.
I the job-seeker has his ARE rights, they will be maintained for 6 months, as appropriate he will be eligible to the remuneration for professional training. An additionnal monthly allowance of 460 € will be paid for participation in ARDAN device.

Cnam Paca help the trainers by offering them graduate education during the mission.
