STRESS TESTING: EXERCISE TYPE
Intra-company training
Duration: 6 hours (4 hours of exercise and 2 hours of debriefing)
Number of participants: 6/10 persons
Profiles: All employees can be involved in the crisis unit, Management Committee / Executive Committee
Objectives: This exercise helps to familiarize employees with the characteristics of the crisis and work on the proactive approach. It is also intended to make participants work on collective intelligence approach and the critical distance of personal capacity. The simulation can also be used to sensitize managers to the need for an efficient preparation to the crisis.
Notes: Typical exercises enable employees to concretely understand the characteristics of the crisis by overcoming their personal stakes in the company.

Duration: 8 hours (6 hours and 2 hours of exercise debriefing)
Number of participants: 6/10 persons
Profiles: All employees can be involved in the crisis unit, Management Committee / Executive Committee
Objectives: This simulation is designed to test and validate the effectiveness of the organization and the company’s crisis management arrangements. It is also commonly used to sensitize managers to the need for a dedicated organization and efficient devices to the crisis.
AWARENESS OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Inter-company training or in-company
Duration: 8 hours
Number of participants: 5/20 persons
Profile: All employees can be involved directly or indirectly in the crisis management.
Objectives: Because the crisis is likely to hit all organizations and meets specific characteristics, this awareness is to familiarize employees with situations non-standard. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the problems of crisis management. To enhance its effectiveness this training is based on numerous examples from news and practical cases.
ESTABLISH AN EFFECTIVE SYSTEM OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Duration: 5 days / 40 hours
Number of participants: 3/6 persons
Profiles: Risk managers, security managers, safety managers, Collaborator(s) in charge of crisis management.
Objectives: This course will identify and analyze the challenges of the crisis for organizations. It aims to develop the knowledge and skills needed to design and deploy an organization and appropriate and effective devices. Understand the critical situations, understand the events, complexity, anticipate trends, identify stakeholders … But also devise a strategy, define a positioning and of course to implement the measures and against measures necessary to achieve the defined objectives.
THE COMMUNICATION CRISIS

Number of participants: 1/5 persons
Profiles: Communication Managers, Community managers, media managers
Objectives: Crisis communication is an important component of crisis management but it is too often improvised. This training provides an understanding and work out the specific rules for this form of communication as well as the pitfalls and traps to avoid. It allows to identify the specific issues that jurisdiction.
